Update: the guy responsible purposefully cancelled my refund even after involving the police. He is the manager at the location. “FRANCISCO ORTEGA”. Now fighting a dispute w bank and potentially taking to small claims court. Go to any other location. Reported to the district manager Mike Del Monte and I advise anyone else who has negative experiences with him to do the same Ordered $1k tires, arrived next morning at opening, in the span of 5 minutes the guy (5’9”, overweight large man, Native American/mexican guy, brown eyes, braided or pony tail-8ish hair) immediately had an attitude and bad tone with me. Kept talking over me. I told him he’s being rude and asked him why he had an attitude with me and then he got upset with me, and of course we bickered back and forth, I told him to give me my tires and I’d just go somewhere else then he refused (no receipt) so I called the police, who showed up and made sure he refunded me. Never in my life have I come across a guy like this who for no apparent reason was just off a bad one that morning but the fact that he was so rude astounded me. Right off the rip for no reason????? I do not recommend this place. Christ.

My wife brought her car in to get new tires install installed. After the work was completed she drove the car home and one of the new tires was completely flat. Since it's a Tesla with no spare, we had to have it towed to the shop since they would not come to fix it. Turns out they forgot to tighten the valve after replacing the tire. It was a quick fix, but we were still out $200 and the hassle of having to have the car towed. I asked them to cover the cost of the towing and they said to call back the next day to speak to the manager, Francisco. I called the next day and he was completely unhelpful. I was already a little upset because my wife mentioned how unprofessional the staff were when she picked up the car. I bought tires at this location in the past and had a decent experience, but will never be going back again.

Honestly surprised by some of the awful reviews. I tried to come in earlier in the week but it was crazy busy and I was given an estimate of 3 hours. However, when I asked, I was told to come early in the morning and that service would be much quicker. Friday morning I went in for an oil change and left within just over an hour with four brand new tires. In total for the service I think I spent $650?? I highly suggest going in when Andre and Jonathan are working- they are honest gentlemen and worked really hard to make sure I didn't leave in a bad situation. On my way to the shop I got a flat tire on a tire that was way past its prime. Because I drive AWD, I either needed two or four new tires but because my tread was so worn and with the deals available, it made more sense to get four and ensure everything was in alignment. Andre got me four tires for an incredible deal. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without his efforts. Jonathan walked me through the "Easy Pay" process from start to finish. I told them I had to be in Napa within the hour and they had me out in just under 1.5 hours (arriving at 8 AM). I drove straight to Napa and later back to the East

I visited this place to get just a tire rotation, but unfortunately, I ended up with a broken car and $194 less in my pocket. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, even though it’s the only place open on Sundays. Save your money and your peace of mind. I had the “great idea” to get my tire rotation on a Sunday at this place. I took my car there, and they suggested an alignment as well. I got my car back two hours later, but when I left, it was completely damaged. The steering wheel had gone out of control. I immediately drove back as fast as I could. Jessie, the manager, asked me to leave the car and told me to call him the next day to see what had happened. I did call him, but Jessie wasn’t there, and no one gave me an answer until 3 pm. They were asking me to replace certain parts, but I didn’t trust their expertise. After all, they had performed an alignment on bent parts, so it needed to be repaired first. I took the car to another place and had it fixed there. Jessie tells everyone who is unhappy that “sometimes things don’t go as we expect.” I paid $194 to have an alignment performed before they diagnosed other damage that I clearly didn’t know about. Absolutely terrible- told me 90 minutes, took 4 hours. Got rid of my tire that was still good after we talked about saving it. Hubcaps have chunks broken off and they go back and forth between saying this is how they were when I dropped the car off and saying that’s just what happens when you change tires. I found after this exchange other customers who had the same experience with having their car damaged. They called to say the tires were changed but the alignment still needed to be done and would be about 45 more minutes, I went to wait at the shop and they just gave me the keys, so now I’m questioning whether the alignment even got done. Also suspicious that my mechanic told me all of my tires were good except one, and when I got here they said they all needed to be changed. I believed it at the time but after my experience and reading more reviews I’m skeptical. Spending $650 on 4 $53 tires and a maybe alignment just isn’t it. Edit: I see you responding to this review telling me to contact you through your website and I’ve done that days ago, no one responded.
